Donny Snyder

Donny Snyder serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development and brings 15 years of industry experience and 25 years of leadership experience to his role. Throughout his career, Donny has worked across inside sales, outside sales, business development, and operations, including five years as Chief Operating Officer. He also spent eight years writing lockout/tagout procedures and delivering training, giving him practical, field-level experience that complements his leadership background. He is known for his expertise in lockout/tagout, electrical safety, and safety culture, as well as his ability to make complex challenges simple and help both customers and internal teams solve problems with practical, effective solutions.
Over the course of his career, Donny helped scale a company from 3 employees to 90 and contributed to growth from $1 million to $15 million in annual sales. Based in Denver, he lives with his wife of 26 years and their four boys, including one who works alongside him in the business. Outside of work, Donny enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, hiking, traveling, and cheering on the Denver Broncos.
