Justin Brisco serves as Director of Sales and Marketing Operations at Herzig Engineering, bringing over 10 years of experience in project management and sales and marketing operations. Prior to joining Herzig, Justin ran a small marketing agency specializing in CRM management and lead generation, giving him a strong foundation in both the strategic and technical sides of sales and marketing. He has a passion for building and optimizing tech stacks that empower sales teams, and is always looking for ways to incorporate AI-driven solutions into the process. Justin has also led multiple CRM and SEP migration projects, helping organizations streamline their sales operations and improve data integrity across the business. His focus on operational efficiency and innovative strategy supports Herzig Engineering's continued growth and mission to keep workers safe.

Justin resides in Kansas City, Missouri, with his wife and two young children. Outside of work, he stays active through running and exercise, and cherishes time with his family on walks and frequent trips to the park with his kids. He is deeply passionate about being actively involved in his church community and close friends. He enjoys traveling with his wife and exploring new destinations together. Above all, being a husband and father are the most cherished parts of his life.
